Hold the Power button 2en. at the same press and hold the Volume down key 3rd. wile Holding the Back key as well for about 10 sec. 4th. with the volume keys choose the option wipe data/factory rest then press the home key to select 5th. select yes erase everything again with the home key 6th. finally reboot the phone make sure the phone is turned off and u press the keys simultaneously Its missing Master Rest witch is
