How to Reset Samsung Vitality (Muve Music)

Reset:

1. Tap the Menu key
2. Tap Settings
3. Scroll to and tap Privacy
4. Tap Factory data reset
5. Read the message about erasing data
6. Tap Reset phone
7. Tap Erase everything

Hard Reset:

1. Press & Hold Volume Down,
2. Also Press & Hold Back Button,
3. Now Press & Hold Power Button, Hold Until Android System Recovery Screen Displays, then release all the keys,
4. From the Android System Recovery menu, use Volume Keys to navigate throught the option, and use Home Key to Execute the Selection.
5. Highlight wipe data/ factory reset, and then press the power key to execute the selection
6. On the confirmation screen. Select the Yes — delete all user data option,
7. After its done, a confirmation stating Data wipe complete on the bottom,
8. Now, Select the first option to reboot system now.
