How to Reset Samsung Galaxy S™ Continuum™

Dialing a Hard Reset:

• Dial or key in*2767*3855#

Factory Data Reset:

1. On ‘Home’, go to ‘Applications’
2. Opt ‘Settings’
3. Select ‘Privacy’
4. Opt ‘Factory Data Reset’
5. To proceed, select ‘Reset Phone’ . This step may require password, and unlock keys.
6. The screen leads to ‘Erase Everything’. All personalized data and apps will be wiped out upon this.

Hard Reset:

1. Press and hold the ‘Power’ button
2. Opt ‘Power Off’
3. Press and hold the ‘Volume Down/Up’ and the ‘Power’ button in unison
4. The screen will direct you to ‘Recovery Screen’
5. Press the ‘Volume Down’ button
6. Opt ‘Wipe Data/Factory Reset’
7. Press the ‘Camera’ button
8. Press the ‘Volume Up’ to confirm factory reset (taking a minute to further proceed)
9. Then select ‘Reboot System Now’
10. Press the ‘Camera’ button
